All first-time orders will be charged immediately upon checkout. After your first order, you will be added the following months billing/shipping cycle. All recurring orders will be charged on the 1st of the month and ship on the 15th. If you need it pushed up sooner, just ask!
All first-time orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days (oftentimes sooner!). All recurring orders will be shipped on the 15th of each month. (If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, your order will ship out the following business day)
You must cancel prior to the 1st of each month in order to avoid being charged for the next package. All cancellation requests received on or after the 1st of the month will be applied to the following calendar month.
You can change your treat flavor by going to "My Profile" -> "Manage Subscription" -> "Swap". Changes must be made prior to the 1st of the month to be reflected on the upcoming shipment.
Requests for shipping and billing changes must be made before the 15th of the month. Treat & Repeat, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if changes were not made before the 15th of the calendar month.
After packages are opened, we cannot process any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please contact support@treatrepeat.com and we will come up with a solution on a per case basis.
