Our treats are made fresh to order with no preservatives. This means that we need time to gather orders, purchase, slice, and dehydrate the required meats, then prep the packages. We ship on the 28th of each month. If you sign up after the 15th of the month your order will be included in the following months billing & shipping cycle.
EG: If you sign up on or before November 15th, you will receive your first Treat Tube at the beginning of December. If you sign up on November 20th, you will be charged on December 15th and will receive your first Treat Tube at the beginning of January.
Each treat tube contains nearly a half-pound of single-ingredient treats strips, made using 100% restaurant quality meats sourced ONLY in the USA! Our meats are USDA inspected and approved, and are free of any added hormones, steroids, and antibiotics.
You can make changes to your treat options at any time by selecting My Pawfile -> Manage Subscriptions. Here you have the ability to update the quantity of tubes, add or delete a flavor, and swap out one product for another.
Changes made after the 15th of the month will be reflected on the following months billing/shipping cycle.
If the heat-sealed plastic bag is opened in any way, we cannot accept a return, refund, or exchange. If your particular situation falls outside of this scenario, please contact Orders@treatrepeat.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue expeditiously.
We refuse to use anything but top-tier meat in our treats. That includes any type of natural or unnatural preservatives. For this reason, our treats DO have an expiration period. We see this as a positive thing though. After all, if bacterial pathogens even refuse to consume that dog treat, then how come you would choose to make your beloved pet eat it?
